PRIOR TO APPLYING FOR A PERMIT YOU MUST REVIEW THE APPLICATION INFORMATION FOUND AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE IDENTIFIED AS 'DOCUMENTS' FOR THE TYPE OF PERMIT YOU INTEND TO SUBMIT.

General Contractors must register with the Town of Clarksville, you can do so by using the Applications section above.  Choose Apply Online, select the Licensing category and choose the General Contractors Registration application type.

Do not submit Public Records Requests through the Contact Us section of this site.  If you wish to submit a public records request, you can do so by using the Applications section above.  Choose Apply Online, select the Planning & Zoning category and choose the Zoning History/Records Request application type.
